A. 6 to 10 weeks.
Q. How do I purchase a website?

Q. What happens after I complete the web design process form?
A. We will review your business type and website idea. If approved, you will be sent an email explaining the next steps in the process.
Q. What if I lose the files to my website and accidentally destroy my website?
A. We back up all files of your website on an offline server before sending them to you. Please contact us to claim your files back.

Q. When do I pay for my leaflet/flyer/business card design?
A. You do not pay until you are 100% happy with it.
Q. What stops people stealing the design before they pay?
A. Every design we produce has a watermark on it, when payment is made the watermark is removed and the finished design is sent to the client.
Q. What if I am never satisfied with any of the designs you present me?
A. We will send you a maximum of 3 different initial designs. If you do not like any of them we will direct you back to our design form to complete again so we can get a better understanding of what you want.
Q. How long does the design process take?
A. Depending on which size design you want, it can take anywhere from 48 hours to 2 weeks to complete your design.
Q. How long does the online marketing process take?
A. Exactly 4 weeks from the start date of the process.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. It depends on the amount of work required. The average quote is around £120 to give you an idea.
Q. Am I guaranteed a better rank on Google?
A. Yes.
Q. When will I see the results?
A. Usually 6 weeks after the online marketing process has begun.
Q. Do I get a refund if my rank does not improve?
A. Yes.
Q. How long does it take to get my hosting login information?
A. Less than 1 working day.
Q. Are the payments recurring, monthly/yearly?
A. Yes, you will automatically be charged by Paypal every month or year depending on the package you choose. (i.e. £3.20 every month recurring for silver monthly package)
Q. Can I cancel the recurring payments at anytime?
A. Yes, via our 'Tools' menu option, or by clicking here.
Q. What happens to my website if I cancel my recurring payments?
A. Your website will be online up to the date you paid for. If your account expires your website will be suspended. However, when you reopen your account everything will be the same.
Q. How long does it take to get the prints delivered?
A. Usually 7 - 8 days. However, it may take longer depending on the time of year and quantity of prints
Q. When I complete the printing process form can I change the address I want them delivered to?
A. When the process begins, this is not possible.
Q. What happens if I send you a design that is not print ready?
A. We do not book any deliveries until the design is ready. We will send you an email saying the design is not ready for printing and tell you why.
Q. Can you print a different paper size from what is on the website?
A. We print A4, A5, A6, DL and business card sizes only.
Q. Can I get my design printed in RGB instead of CMYK?
A. No. We use CMYK for its affordability to you.
